Assistant Construction/Trade Knowledge a Plus Job consists of but not limited to Project Document Review, Maintaining Staff Scheduling, Assisting in Email reviews and follow through, Create/Edit/Expedite project documents with Microsoft WORD/EXCEL, PDF, OUTLOOK, Document Follow Up to entire Company Files are kept current This Candidate will work with all Staff members to ensure task completion in a timely manner and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
The Right Candidate MUST have the following Skills:
Ability to Multi-Task Professional and Clear Communication Fluent in Excel Spreadsheets Proficient in Microsoft Applications Computer Savvy, Ease of New Programs a Plus Demonstrate Extreme Organization Dedication to any/all projects at hand This is a fast pace position that will require the attributes listed.
